i-REP interacts directly with your internal AfW system
through a secure Internet connection. In order for i-REP to
work, you will need an Internet connection to your network
(DSL, Cable, ISDN, T-1, etc.), and an Internet Routable IP
address assigned to your AfW server. TTG can assist you if you
need to install these components.
All of the data retrieval is done through point-to-point communication, from fixed IP addresses, which are allowed to penetrate the firewall hardware and/or software on the agency premises. Bandwidth is dramatically conserved as only text and numeric data is called between the two systems. All graphic storage and information assembly and processing are done on TTG's state of the art servers, with full back up and redundancy for 99.9% up-time reliability. Load tests show no significant performance loss on the agency side when running i-REP.
i-REP Dynamic Forms
When creating the file, TTG uses secure .pdf generator code that allows information to post
directly from form fields to pre-formatted .pdf files and all of the fields are locked for editing.
We use standard Acord form styling for duplication of the Acord forms in AfW.
Additional Information
If your agency has the IP address setup and the appropriate licensing,
TTG can implement i-REP typically within 30 days or less. Actual pricing and development times will be set once
some preliminary information is gathered by TTG's knowledgeable staff. You will be provided a quote for implementing
i-REP that includes all components necessary, with no hidden charges.
i-REP Licensing Requirements
MS SQL USERS, PLEASE NOTE:
AfW is built
and licensed to agencies on MS SQL Runtime Licensing from Microsoft SQL Server
Licensing for Line-of-Business Applications and places certain restrictions on the system. With the
MS SQL Runtime License, your agency must purchase what is known as a "Client Access License"
(or CAL) when you are using i-REP. TTG can assist your and help you purchase and install them.
