Please Do Not Call. This entry-level position will be trained in our product line consisting of three software applications and one Web application. This individual will be responsible for supporting our current customers, answering questions, comments and trouble-
shooting to solve problems that may occur while using our products.
Also this individual will be responsible for logging all customer calls, establishing a FAQ section on our Web site, setting up and maintaining a mailing list and any other duties established within the position. Finally, this individual will assist, as needed desktop support of 50+ workstations with routine maintenance. The future of this job allows for an individual to carve their own path at our Web development company based on their aptitudes and performance. We promote from within whenever possible.
     

Required Skills: Windows 95', 98', NT knowledge
Desired Skills: HTML, VB, MS Access, MS SQL, Bachelors Degree
Non-Tech Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, troubleshooting
Start Date: Immediately

Pay Range: $25,000 - $35,000 Annual performance bonuses
