Code and a query is run to update all phone and fax numbers that contain the old Area Code
and Exchange with the new Area Code and Exchange.
Likewise, the Producer/CSR Changer can update a specific group of Customers or Policies
with the new Producer/CSR based upon effective dates. More complex methods of update could
be added such as by alpha split, line of business, and geographically by zip or county.Below you will see downloads of all area code changes that have
occurred from 1995 through 2000. They list all prefixes affected within a given area code.
You can use this as a reference for global updates within AfW using the TTG Tool Box®. Two
types of files are listed for your convenience. First is the Adobe .pdf file, which you
will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader (standard in most Web browsers) to view it. Secondly,
an MS Excel file, which requires you to have MS Excel 95' or higher.
